Order Requirements
Our Minimum Is 100,000 Units — and That's Intentional
We're not for everyone. Our 100,000-unit minimum isn't a bureaucratic threshold — it's the point where direct manufacturing becomes genuinely more economical and operationally better than working through a distributor.
Why 100,000 Units?
Production efficiency
Our production lines are designed for long runs. Setting up screens, preparing embroidery heads, sourcing blanks, and scheduling production has fixed costs. At 100,000+ units, those costs are a small percentage of the total order. Below that threshold, the efficiency gains of our model don't fully materialize.
Factory-direct pricing only works at scale
The pricing advantage of eliminating the distributor margin is real — but it's only meaningful on a large base. A 45% markup on a $10,000 order is $4,500. A 45% markup on a $250,000 order is $112,500. At low volumes, that savings isn't worth the overhead of managing a direct manufacturing relationship.
We can't be all things to all buyers
We've chosen to be exceptional at large-run manufacturing. That means dedicated lines, experienced production teams, and systems designed for consistency at scale. We deliberately don't compete with distributors for small orders — it would compromise what we're good at.
Your dedicated attention
When you're a 100,000+ unit buyer, you get real account attention from us — not a ticket in a queue. We can only offer that level of service to buyers at the right scale.
How We Count the Minimum
The 100,000-unit minimum is total pieces per order, not per style or per colorway.
So an order of 30,000 white tees with a 2-color print plus 30,000 black hoodies with a 1-color print equals 100,000 units and qualifies. A single SKU at 100,000 units also qualifies.

Not Ordering 100,000 Units?
We're not the right fit for orders under 100,000 units — and we're honest about that rather than take orders we can't serve well. If you're ordering at smaller quantities, a promotional products distributor is genuinely the better choice. They have the infrastructure for it.
If you're not there yet but expect to reach that volume, reach out anyway. We're happy to talk through your program and whether a direct relationship makes sense down the road.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity? +
Our minimum order is 100,000 total units per order. This applies to the combined total of all styles, colorways, and decoration types in a single order — not per style or per SKU.
How is the 100,000-unit minimum counted? +
The minimum is counted as total pieces in a single purchase order. Multiple styles, multiple colorways, and mixed decoration types (screen print and embroidery) all count together. For example, 50,000 screen-printed t-shirts plus 50,000 embroidered polos in one order meets the minimum.
Can I combine multiple orders over time to reach the minimum? +
No. The 100,000-unit minimum applies per order, not accumulated across separate orders or over a period of time. Each purchase order must stand on its own.
Do samples or pre-production pieces count toward the minimum? +
No. Pre-production samples and strike-offs do not count toward the minimum order quantity. They are produced separately as part of the approval process before the main production run.
What if my order is under 100,000 units? +
We're not the right fit for orders under 100,000 units. For smaller quantities, a promotional products distributor is genuinely the better choice — they have the infrastructure and supplier network built for smaller runs. If you're not at 100,000 units yet but expect to reach that volume, reach out anyway and we can talk through your program.
Is the minimum the same for screen printing and embroidery? +
Yes. The 100,000-unit minimum applies regardless of decoration type. Orders mixing screen printing and embroidery count the combined total toward the minimum.
Ordering 100,000+ units?
Let's talk. Factory-direct pricing, US production, one less middleman.
