What We Do

Screen Printing, Embroidery & Blanks Sourcing at Scale

We're built for massive runs. Our production lines are optimized for large orders — not adaptations of equipment designed for 500-piece jobs. Here's what we offer.

Screen Printing

Bulk Screen Printing

Screen printing is the workhorse of high-volume decoration. At 100,000+ units, it's the most cost-effective way to put a vibrant, durable print on a garment. Our automated lines run consistently across massive production runs, ensuring the same color and registration on unit 1 and unit 100,000.

We use plastisol and water-based inks depending on application. For retail-adjacent buyers who need soft hand feel and eco-certifiable inks, we can accommodate water-based and discharge printing.

Why Screen Print Works at Scale

Cost per unit drops dramatically
Screen setup cost is amortized across the run. At 100,000 units, setup is a rounding error. At 1,000 units, it's a significant line item.
Color consistency is achievable
Our Pantone-matched mixing and automated print lines produce consistent color across the entire run — not something that drifts from pallet to pallet.
Durability that retail expects
Screen printed decoration holds up to industrial laundering — critical for workwear, uniforms, and retail programs with wash-performance requirements.

Embroidery Considerations at Volume

Stitch count drives cost
A 5,000-stitch left chest logo is priced very differently from a 20,000-stitch full-back design. We'll audit your artwork for stitch efficiency before production.
Backing and stabilization matter
For performance fabrics, polos, and headwear, the right backing prevents distortion across thousands of units. We specify the correct stabilizer for each application.
Digitizing for consistency
Our in-house digitizing team produces files optimized for mass production — not a generic convert from your illustrator file.
Embroidery

Large-Volume Embroidery

Embroidery at 100,000+ units requires industrial multi-head machines running continuously, and the digitizing and production management to keep that quality consistent from the first piece to the last.

Embroidery is the premium decoration choice — it signals quality in a way screen printing can't. Corporate gifts, premium uniforms, headwear programs, and retail private label all rely on embroidery to communicate value.

Blanks Sourcing

We Source the Garments Too

Don't want to manage two vendors? We can source and consolidate your blanks — whether you need budget-friendly basics or premium retail-ready styles.

Major Blank Brands

We work with Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Port & Company, Hanes, and more. If it's available at wholesale, we can source it.

Consolidated PO

One purchase order, one vendor, one invoice. We handle blanks sourcing, consolidation into production, and deliver decorated goods.

Retail-Compliance Ready

Need Oeko-Tex certified blanks? WRAP-compliant factories? Specific fabric content for retail labeling? We can spec to your requirements.

Artwork & Design

What We Need from You — and What We Can Help With

We're a manufacturer, not a design studio. The fastest path to production is coming in with print-ready artwork — vector files with Pantone color specs, correct separation, and confirmed print dimensions. That's when we can move directly into quoting and scheduling.

That said, many buyers come to us at different stages of artwork readiness. We offer limited design consultation for production-prep needs: file cleanup, color separation, digitizing for embroidery, and basic artwork adjustments to make files production-ready. This isn't full creative design — it's getting your existing concept across the finish line.

For original design work, full brand creative, or pre-production concept development, we can connect you with our preferred design partner. They work with large-volume buyers, understand print and embroidery production constraints, and hand off files in formats that go straight to our production team.

Artwork Checklist for Production

  • Vector format: AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts. No rasterized logos.
  • Pantone color specs: PMS numbers for each color. Hex codes require interpretation and can drift.
  • Confirmed dimensions: Print size in inches. If you're unsure, we can advise based on garment and placement.
  • Color count: Number of spot colors affects screen setup cost. Each color = one screen.
  • Placement notes: Left chest, full back, sleeve — with measurements from seam or collar if you have them.
