Review & Quote

Within 1 business day

We review your request and come back with a detailed quote covering decoration cost, blanks sourcing (if applicable), estimated lead time, and any production notes specific to your order.

Art Submission & Approval

1–3 business days

Once we agree on pricing and terms, you submit production-ready artwork. Our team reviews for print readiness — color separations for screen print, or digitizing requirements for embroidery — and sends you a digital strike-off for approval.

Blanks Sourcing & Receiving

5–15 business days (varies)

If we're sourcing blanks, we place the order and receive goods to our facility. If you're supplying blanks, you ship them to us. This timeline varies significantly based on blank availability.

Production

10–20 business days

Your order enters our production schedule. Large runs get dedicated time — not squeezed between smaller jobs. We produce in organized batches with quality checks throughout, not just at the end.

Quality Control & Packing

2–4 business days

Finished goods go through final QC — inspection for print consistency, embroidery quality, and overall piece acceptance. Orders are packed per your specifications: bulk, individually polybag, hang-tagged, or retail-ready.

Shipment

Per your requirements

We ship domestic or international per your freight requirements. We can work with your freight carrier, our carriers, or help coordinate logistics. For very large orders, we can stage shipments across multiple locations.
