Branding & Creative Agencies
Your Clients Need a Manufacturer.
Skip the Distributor Between You and One.
Branding agencies managing large client merchandise programs are often paying a promo distributor to sit between them and production. That layer costs real money — either yours or your client's — and adds a communication gap that creates problems. Work directly with the manufacturer.
Talk to Us About Your Client's ProgramThe Supply Chain Your Clients Are Probably In
Most large client merchandise programs flow through a supply chain that looks like this: the client briefs the agency, the agency briefs a promotional products distributor, the distributor places the order with a manufacturer. Everyone in that chain takes a cut, and the agency is often the one absorbing margin pressure when the client pushes back on pricing.
The distributor in this chain isn't adding production capability — they're adding coordination overhead. They don't own presses or embroidery machines. They're placing your client's order with a manufacturer and marking it up before it reaches you.
A direct manufacturer relationship removes that layer. The agency goes from client → agency → distributor → manufacturer to client → agency → manufacturer. The distributor's margin stays in the program — either as savings for the client or margin for the agency.

What a Direct Relationship Gives Your Agency
Recovered margin
The distributor's 40–60% markup doesn't disappear — it becomes available. You can pass the savings to your client (winning on price), keep the margin improvement, or share it. That's your agency's call.
Direct production communication
Your art files and specs go directly to the people running the presses. No interpretation layer. No "I'll check with my vendor." Questions get answered by people who know the answer.
White-label capable
We work with agencies who present production as their own capability to their clients. Your client relationship stays yours. We're the production partner behind the scenes.
Program management
For clients with ongoing merchandise needs, we can structure a program — approved specs, standing pricing, production calendar — that your agency manages through a single direct relationship.
Better client outcomes
Direct access to production means faster answers on feasibility, more accurate lead times, and better resolution when something needs to change. Your client sees a more capable agency.
A new capability to sell
Agencies with direct manufacturer relationships can credibly pitch large-scale merchandise programs as a service. That's a new revenue line — and a reason for clients with merchandise needs to choose you over a competitor.
How the Relationship Works
You bring the client program, we bring the production
Your agency manages the client relationship, the creative brief, and the program strategy. We handle manufacturing — screen printing, embroidery, blanks sourcing, QC, and logistics. The division of responsibility is clean.
Pricing is between us
Our factory pricing is between your agency and us. What you charge your client is your business. Some agencies mark up our pricing to maintain a merchandise margin. Others pass savings to the client as a competitive advantage. We don't dictate that.
You own the client relationship
We don't prospect your clients or try to establish relationships around you. If you bring a client program to us, that program is yours. We're a production partner, not a competitor for your client relationships.
Minimum order applies per program
Our 100,000-unit minimum applies per order. For agencies managing multiple clients, each client's program is evaluated individually — we can't combine multiple client orders to meet the threshold.
